Radon Solution Experts (RSE) is a locally owned and operated family business founded in August, 2013. As a lifelong resident of Springfield, Ohio our goal was to open a company in order to better serve our community. I have been a licensed Radon Specialist for over 6 years. During that time, I have designed and managed the installation of more than 2,000 residential and commercial mitigation systems and have performed over 3,000 professional radon tests in residential and commercial buildings.

Our vision for Radon Solution Experts is to provide a superior product at an affordable price. Every test is performed using the most sophisticated equipment in the industry to attain the most accurate results possible. We personally design and install every mitigation system as if the home were our own.

Every Radon Contractor is required to follow strict protocol established by the EPA and the State of Ohio. The RSE difference is the thoroughness of the inspection, the quality of the finished product, and the overall cost of the services provided. Also, every system we install comes with a LIFETIME warranty (excluding the fan - which has a 5 - year manufacturer warranty) to maintain levels below 4.0 pCi/L and is fully transferable at no cost to subsequent owners.
